They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their business based in Liverpool on a permanent full-time basis. Job Description
The succesful Accounts Assistant duties will include:
- Accounts payable/receivable/subcontract
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers
- Timesheet processing
- Self-Billing
- CIS returns
- Payment runs
- Statement reconciliation
- New client/supplier setup
- Digital filing of invoices
- Reviewing and processing staff credit card and expenses
- Credit control support
- Bank reconciliation
- Supporting the month end process
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST:
- Proven working experience as Accounts Assistant
- Computer skills on MS Excel
- Coins or Sage software (desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Basic reconciliation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a small team
