Administration Assistant


 

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Nottingham branch, with a passion for administration and supporting colleagues, you will take pride in delivering a first class service to our staff.

As an Administrative Assistant you will need:

  • To be a strong team player
  • Have outstanding administrative skills

  • Previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone
  • Excellent attention to detail


A day in the life of a an Administrative Assistant is never the same, however a typical day may include covering a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, performing data input and retrieval operations such as case opening and closing, using a range of IT systems. You'll be responsible for drafting relevant correspondence including emails and performing data input tasks. The role requires a conscientious individual, who can work off their own initiative and is always willing to learn.
