What You will be doing:
Assisting your manager with training and team support
Developing your team fulfilling their potential
Ensuring the restaurant is run to the highest standard and customer expectations met
Planning restaurant growth through local area marketing initiatives
Ensuring Restaurant profitability through stock and labour management
Maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety procedures.
Exceeding company goals and targets, treating business as their own
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.People and guest focus personality.
Positivity and a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
A keen eye for details.
Passion for food and hospitality.
