Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria:
All applicants must be:
- Aged 16+
- Resident in the UK/EEA for the last three consecutive years
- Must not have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level or above
- Must not be in any form of formal government-funded education upon the start of their apprenticeship
- Good general standard of education
- 4 GCSE’s at Grade D/3 or above (or equivalent) subject to the job specification
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
The team works across the Trust linking in with external organisations and other Trusts.
To provide administrative services to support the smooth running of the Practice Development & Education (PD&E) department, supporting all relevant workstreams.
Full time 37.5 hours per week
£198 per week

- Dealing with incoming post and emails, monitoring of shared email inboxes
- Photocopying, filing, scanning of documentation
- Assist with monitoring stock levels of, and ordering of, stationery
- Organising meeting / training rooms and inputting / updating diary entries
- Database & spreadsheet input as required
- Assisting with raising of purchase orders on procurement system and processing of invoices relating to CPD
- Inputting data onto software systems (full training would be provided)
- Ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Support Education Administrator with suitable additional tasks as required
