About the Role:

This is a full-time role and you will work 40 hours a week. Magenta only calls customers that have enquired about Self Storage through our partners websites. These leads are ‘hot’ and in real time, we do not cold call customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to empathise and gain rapport with customers quickly by asking just 5 key questions and then inform the customer on what size storage unit they require and how much it costs. You will then offer the customer a free reservation after which the customer is handed to the store to complete the move-in process.

Experience/Skills:

Ideally at least one years’ experience within a call centre environment but not essential for the right candidate.

The ability to empathise with customers.

The ability to chat with customers.

A basic understanding of Windows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
