Job description

Job title: Administration Assistant

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1AF

Salary: £23k - £26k Depending on experience

Working hours - 8am - 4pm

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Administration Assistant, you will provide crucial assistance and administration support in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

- When needed, provide assistance to CEO and Head of People with all aspects of administration duties

- Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and diary management

- Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate filing of paperwork

- Manage office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a well-equipped boardroom

- Greet and assist visitors, screen phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals

- General office administration duties

- Coordinate and assist with company and charity events, ensuring smooth execution

- Attend ESG meetings and take necessary actions based on discussions

- Perform data entry tasks and assist with proofreading documents

- Collating expenses and company milage

- Manage household bills, utilities accounts, etc

- Utilise advanced Microsoft Office skills to support various administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanour

- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure

- Proficient typing and audio skills

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
