Book keeper required for an established expanding property group.
We are looking for a proactive book keeper to head up and manage our Xero accounts function in our busy property business. The portfolio consists of both Residential and Commercial properties. The role will be overseen by our external accountants and assistance provided where required.
Our existing admin team are currently carrying out some of the book keeping role with guidance and part time help from our external accountants. We would like to bring this role more in- house.
The role will entail;
- sales and purchase ledger management
- credit control with agreed process on timescale management on this
- daily bank reconciliation
- reporting to directors with weekly monthly financial statements
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero inputting and ideally some rental property experience. And be comfortable in picking up the phone to chase monies in.
- ideally minium level 3/4 ATT qualification
- existing expert level Xero experience

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
