Job Description

Vision Glasgow is looking for a full-time call center representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to multi-task, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide appropriate information to assist the customer with their insurance claim.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our service and prompt resolution of their concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and promptly.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the Company.
  • Maintain an excellent first impression with customers, colleagues, and the public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (1-2 Years)
  • Familiarity with call centers preferred (Required)
  • Knowledge of customer service fundamentals (Prospecting, Listening, Saying No, Time management, Problem solving) preferred
  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office Excel Word Google)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,642.00-£22,504.00 per year
