Recruitment Resourcer- fully remote/ work from home!!!!!!!
Harrison Sands have a requirement for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a boutique engineering recruitment agency on a fully remote basis.
You will be working directly for the Managing Director, supplying an active client base of either exclusive or tight supply businesses within permanent engineering.
You will be provided with a company laptop and ring central for all phone calls along with LinkedIn recruiter, access to CV Library etc, Zoom Info, and a candidate database of over 11,000 live candidates with automated regular contact and updates keeping in constant communication with them.
Our client's working hours are 8am - 5pm, although working from home you are able to fit daily responsibilities (e.g. school runs) within this.
This is a quick-fill market and 75% of our client's placements come via job boards and database. They expect once you are up and running for you to place 4-5 vacancies per month with a placement fee of £150 per placed candidate.
As a Resourcer, your core duties will be advertising vacancies, initially screening applicants, undertaking job board and database searches and using Zoom Info to contact prospect candidates.
This position is 100% remote, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
