WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Known internally as a 'Probate Beneficiary Contact', the Customer Care Contact is a key role within the busy Probate team here at Move With Us with key activities as follows:

  • Managing beneficiaries’ requests and providing them with good customer service
  • Converting each property from valuations to instruction to market
  • Supporting CRMs with administration duties which contribute to managing the wider portfolio
  • Working with customers to convert marketing instructions into maintenance and conveyancing opportunities for the wider business.

REQUIREMENTS

And now for the nitty gritty:

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a people person with good relationship building, sales, and customer service skills.

You will enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, and a busy environment where you will be afforded every opportunity to shine!

You will need to be able to to demonstrate some knowledge of the Property sector and a desire to build your career in this sphere.

During the training period you will need to be able to attend the office dutring standard working hours daily. Once fully up and running you will be able to complete most of your activities from home if preferred, with attendance on site required on average twice a month.
