We have a focus group that provides all new staff with an allocated buddy for ongoing support for your first year on the ward. Here on acorn ward, we champion diversity and inclusion, where you can be yourself and where all staff is treated fairly.
Acorn Ward is a 24 bed acute medical facility, providing the highest quality care to patients 0-16 years old. We also have a modernize children’s outpatient department, where the child and young person and their families receive excellent healthcare. We work in conjunction with other members of the multidisciplinary team for effective outcomes for all our service users.
