Purpose of the role;
- As a Resourcing Adviser, you'll work directly with the Resourcing Partners and colleagues to help provide the right number of people with the right skills to meet the organisation's overall strategy.
- To help our client find the very best people they can, you'll proactively identify suitable candidates and generate names through publicly available information, using advanced internet sourcing techniques.
- Your ability to source the right people will then allow you to sift and screen the highest calibre of candidates who apply through our applicant tracking system
- Maintaining the application tracking system and assessment system which is key to our high-volume recruitment
