We are looking for drivers to join us ready for September, after being awarded a handful of school contracts lasting up to 5 years.
So come and join our Poole team on a full or part-time basis, the choice is yours. With limited weekends & evenings.
As a PCV bus driver with Transpora Group, you’ll be providing the very best customer service, while safely transporting our wide range of customers.
Don’t worry you won’t get bored! We have a variety of different work that will keep your days interesting, such as: school services, local bus routes and rail replacement.
What you’ll need:
· A valid UK PCV licence (Category D)
· A valid CPC
· To be able to demonstrate PCV driving experience.
· An outstanding understanding and display of customer service, with a willingness to support our customer’s needs.
· A flexible approach to work, working on a variable shift pattern.
What we provide:
· CPC and continuous training to ensure you keep your hard-earned qualification.
· Free medicals, as well as being paid for your time to undertake necessary medicals for your CPC renewal.
· Company specific training, such as: processes, systems, disability awareness and much more!
What you’ll receive for your hard work and commitment:
· OTE of £34,000 per annum
· Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with the ability to work additional hours.

And, if all of this wasn’t enough you have the opportunity to earn an hourly rate of £13.00 and £13.50 based on your performance on the road!
We know you’re thinking this is great! But we want to offer you more, if you cover any rail replacement work we will offer you £14.00 per hour!
