Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is growing across the UK.. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.
As a shift Manager you will hands on in supporting the day to day running of the restaurant, you will proactively develop and train your team to be the best at what they do and have opportunity to learn and develop in your own role!
You’ll help build a passionate and engaged team, support with local marketing activities and always act as a brand ambassador to drive sales and build awareness of the Slim Chickens Brand.
Like our food, our teams are honest and social – you’ll lead by example to ensure the team deliver outstanding service to our guests
You’ll ensure all compliance policies and procedures are followed and be confident communicating key messages to the rest of the team.
