The role
Working hours are 00:00am - 08.30am, Monday to Friday.
- Supervising up to 5 Warehouse Operators, ensuring an efficient picking, packing and despatch process.
- Assist Warehouse Managers and Team Leaders in team meetings and briefings.
- Ensuring constant communication with other members of the Warehouse Management team, with things such as any stock concerns, Health and Safety and People concerns etc.
- Ensure the Warehouse is operating safely and in line with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist wider Warehouse Management team with team training and coaching, ensure all team members are clear on their role and responsibility.
- Work with the Warehouse Management team and actively participate and engage with continuous improvements to processes and feedback.
- Managing deliveries accordingly and ensuring constant accuracy of stock put away into correct picking locations.
- Coordinate vehicle loading and unloading (Hand ball and Forklift)
- Investigating and resolving any stock issues such as discrepancies on orders, stock on hand variances etc.
- Liaison with Customer Services, and other internal departments, to ensure all queries/customer enquiries are resolved within service levels.
- Ensure service standards are maintained and work processes are followed.
- Processing customer orders.
About you
- Previous Warehouse experience, supervising a team of Operators.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work unsupervised, leading by example.
- Enjoys sharing fresh ideas and suggestions.
- Computer literate and understand the importance of customer service.
- Flexi forklift license desired but not essential.

Salary/package plus sales commission will be commensurate with experience as well as:
